We accept no returns after 30 days and without written
authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special
orders may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. NO returns on
electrical, special order or "1-3 day" parts. Before any product is returned, contact JH Motorsports by email or phone. After submitting your request for a return product should be sent to: JH Motorsports. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.

| Shifter Satisfaction Policy |
|
If you are unhappy with one of our shifters what so ever
we give you the option to send it back so we can custom fit it to your
specifications, if you do not want to use the regular return policy (see
above). Examples: You may want the shifter height lower or higher than
stock. You may want the throw increased or decreased. Whatever you
need to make this shifter a perfect fit for you, we are willing to assist.
We understand the there is no such thing as a "one size fits all"
performance part. Contact us with your
request so we can give a price on customizing the shifter for your specific
tastes.

| Product Warranty |
|
It is the intention of JH Motorsports to sell only
quality products. We offer a 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship
or materials only on products manufactured by us. Products not manufactured
by us shall have a warranty based on what the manufacturer of that specific
product offers. You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as
proof of purchase. JH Motorsports will only replace or repair warranty
items, no refunds will be given. JH Motorsports or the product will inspect
or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment. Simply returning
the product to JH Motorsports does not guarantee payment. We do not pay for
consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any
kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to
goods sold by JH Motorsports.

| Installation |
|
JH Motorsports recommends the installation of mechanical
or electrical parts be performed by qualified, trained professionals.
Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions.
All products installed incorrectly will not be covered under any warranties
and will not be accepted as a return.

| Shipping and Delivery |
|
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on
this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping
carrier. If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery
person immediately. Do not discard and of the box, packing material, or
broken items. You will receiver replacement items. However we do require a
damage claim number from U.P.S. To obtain this damage claim number Call
800-742-5877. You will need to supply them with information from your
shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call JH Motorsports for
immediate part replacement.

| Pricing/Typographical Errors |
|
While JH Motorsports strives to provide accurate
product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.
JH Motorsports cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In
the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, JH
Motorsports shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is
mispriced, JH Motorsports may, at our discretion, either contact you for
instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your
convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is
authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is
shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled
include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or
errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our
credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you
if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information
is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your
credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in
