IMPORTANT fitment issue with 2004 S4s only! There was a VIN split in 2004 for the slave cylinder. This unit fits the early 04 ONLY with VINs ending in 000000 through 270000. These are not interchangeable due to a different hose configuration so if you have a 2004 confirm this is the right part for you. Ideally it is best to look at your part and confirm if it has the long or short connection to the hose, Audi has been known to not be precise on VIN cutoffs for part changeovers. Use the pictures from our product pages as a guide.
