Returns and Exchanges
We have MOVED as of 11-25-11, please note new address below and ship all returns to this address to ensure proper credit.
We accept no returns after 30 days and without written
authorization. All returns must be new and in resalable condition, must have not been installed and include all original packing. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions). Special orders
may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. NO returns on electrical or
special order parts. (Special order is defined as: An item that states it is a special order part on the product page or if it is a part we ordered on your behalf and sold to you that is not in our online store). JH Motorsports Inc. is not liable for any shipping costs involved with the return, exchange or warranty process.
Before any product is returned, contact JH Motorsports Inc. through our website contact page or via phone. After
submitting your request for a return product and downloading and filling out a RMA form your return should be sent to:

Your Order number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper
return processing. Also make sure you enclose a copy of the filled out RMA form.
Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of
product and delay your refund. NO returns will be processed until we receive an RMA form.
Core Returns
NOTE: All cores in a branded box (example: Bosch Remanufactured Alternators, etc.) MUST be returned in the original box. If not returned in the original box NO refund can be issued since we cannot return these products back to the remanufacturer for credit without the box.
NOTE: All piggie pipe cores are subject to inspection for damage and the core return fee will be reduced accordingly (example: damaged flex couplers from rust or dragging on the ground, bent or dented pipes, etc). Furthermore any piggie pipe core with a damaged main cat will receive no credit back for that half of the core.

Shipping and Delivery
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on
this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is given to the shipping
carrier (the day it ships). If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person/company and us immediately.
Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. You will end up receiving replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number from
Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. To obtain this damage claim number from Fed Ex call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) or visit their website HERE. To obtain this damage claim number from UPS call 1.800.833.9943 or visit their website HERE. If your package was shipped via USPS visit their website for more info HERE You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call JH Motorsports Inc. so we can assist with product replacement.
***NOTE for deliveries to Canada:*** JH Motorsports Inc. does not ship to Canada via Fed Ex Ground or UPS ground due to excess brokerage fees charged by them on top of standard government duties imposed by the Canadian government. This ultimately makes the shipping cost more than air methods, so to protect our customers we have turned these shipping options off in our store. It is best that you select ANY of the air methods from Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.
***NOTE for USPS:*** JH Motorsports Inc. does not ship via USPS on orders over $500 due to flaws in the USPS shipping insurance program. This is for your and our protection. Also be aware that tracking for USPS is sometimes unreliable and may not work at all until the package arrives. Furthermore, USPS will not consider a package lost for at least 2 weeks. For this reason JH Motorsports Inc. will not respond to any inquiries about a package that has not arrived or a package not showing up in tracking sent via USPS for the first 2 weeks after we ship. Keep this in mind before selecting this method. Lastly for international orders sent via USPS be aware that once the USPS hands the package over to your countrys postal service our hands are tied and we cannot do anything on our end. At this point it is up to the customer to work with their local postal service to locate the package. If a package becomes lost at this point we have had it take 6 months or more to get our money back so we can refund our customer.
